All is set for Ghana's 2017 budget statement. Can Ghana work again?

Is all set for the Finance Minister, Hon. Ken Ofori-Atta presents 2017 Budget Statement (Asempa budget) and Economic Policy to Parliament of Ghana today, March 2, 2017, around 11 am, though the expectations for most Ghanaians are very high the question most people are asking is; will those high expectations be met? We're all waiting patiently to see what the "Asempa budget" as they have tagged it can do for Ghanaians.
The 2017 Budget statement is expected to focus on job creation and stimulating growth through private sector development, this was a statement from the Finance Ministry’s website.

“the budget will aim at getting Ghana working again,” the statement noted.

The 2017 Budget will include concrete measures to reinstate fiscal discipline and good economic policies, transparency, and accountability in the use of public resources as enshrined in the new Public Financial Managemen Law and also to provide a credible basis for economic policy clarity as we go forward.

Meanwhile, GN Research expects that a major feature of this 2017 budget will be its focal point on the management of debt and taxation reforms.

“This is due to the tight fiscal space which seriously needs to be expanded in order for the government can undertake various expenditures that must be well – structured to grow our economy.

According to the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the country’s total  debt stock stands at GH¢122 billion as at the end of the year 2016, representing 74% of GDP (Gross Domestic Product).”
