Chelsea pulled off an unlikely win to become the UEFA champion of after beating out Bayern Munich in the finals.He did not get to play a part in the final because he was sent off in the semi-final against Barcelona, but after Chelsea prevailed on penalty kicks, he quickly changed into his kit so he could lift the trophy with his teammates which they eventually did in a grand style.
Though some mocked him for the costume change, the photos will last forever.
In May 2013: Europa League champions
For all the trophies John Terry won with Chelsea, one that remained was the Europa League trophy. They did it again in 2013 by beating Benefica at the Amsterdam Arena.In May 2015: One more time, Terry is a Premier League champ
There is a chance that JT could still manage to win one more EPL title if the final few weeks of the season go smoothly for Chelsea.But for now, his fourth and last Premier League trophy came in 2015 during Mourinho's second comeback in charge with the Chelsea team.
