We normally hear most people say, “men are from mars and women are from venus”. 

But somehow, both of us are stucked on  earth so learning to understand each other is the key to healthy, happier and longer lasting relationships.



To understand women is not like rocket science. It is easy once you're prepared to learn the language she speaks. Although she speaks English, but her meaning may b sometimes  hard to get. Here are some few things you must know about your woman:

1.  Indirect communication

Women are described as the inventors of indirect talk. For example, a woman will never openly come out and say, “please, wash the dishes. because I’m tired”.

Instead, she will probably say something along the lines like:
    I’m very tired and the kitchen sink is so dirty too.

What she basically means is that you should help out with the dishes. Learn to understand all the indirect talk and your relationship will be happier and peaceful for longer.

2.  PMS is real

Most men often think PMS is an emotional reaction.  PMS is very real, fellas! have you ever been in a situations where your lady goes from smiling, happy and goofy to sad and teary just within some few moments? That is PMS.

A lot is often going on in a woman’s body during that time of the month, so you should be more understanding.

3.  Women adore compliments

How can your lady make a new hair and it takes you a whole day to notice and compliment? Dude?! Pay more attention and compliment to your lady or woman. Sincere compliments shows that you appreciate her and notice the small things she does.

4.  Romantic gestures

Showing romantic gestures are very important. Not all the time she cooks, sometimes you should make her that one dish you can cook and serve her breakfast in bed. Other times, you can surprise her with gifts or things very dear or important to her. You can also volunteer at her favourite charity. Get your romantic gesture powers up for a better relationship!


 
5.  Sometimes, just listen

You know how men often assume that a woman always wants you to fix things? Guys, sometimes we don’t want Bob the fixer. We sometimes want you to just listen and make sincere soothing noises. It’s that simple.

6.  PDA is important

Guys should know that we are not your sisters. A little hand holding or goodbye kiss never hurt anyone. My Ghanaian brothers need to learn to engage in PDA (public displays of affection). You will still be a man afterward, no change. And best of all, you keep your woman happy always.

7.  Bring your A game

You don't only have to be a man but a man worthy of respect. Bring your A game in all areas of life. Women know you’re not perfect afterall. We expect you to get as close as possible.
